Returns and Refunds

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Key terms include:

• RMA Requirement: You must contact us at  info@thepurplegalaxy.com  to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item.
• 30-Day Limit: Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in good physical condition with all original accessories.
• Exclusions: Custom-made items, used candles, and digital PDF products are non-returnable.

Shipping and Loss

• Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage while the product is in transit back to us.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes are not refundable.
