Nice color and fabric

I bought this two months ago and the color is as described and shown, it looks more expensive than it was, it’s lightweight (good for summer), and generally was perfect for my needs. However, there are two flaws in the stitching that are very visible. Turning the spread over won’t work. It looks like the stitching was tied off, but on top of the spread instead of the underside. Whatever they used makes the flaw stiff and very brown, almost black. They’re tiny flaws, but really noticeable because of where it is. I wrote to the seller but still have not gotten a reply. Meanwhile, I’ve washed the item with no problem (the dark flaw did not lighten up) and put it in the drier. It didn’t need ironing when I removed it and it’s back on the bed. One flaw now has a tiny hole in it and it appears the dark spot is showing the fill or inside lining, which is dark.. Not happy about it at all, but am committed to the remainder of this season. Still, didn’t expect such a noticeable flaw, even at that price. And no reply from the Seller!!

Disclaimer: the camera does lie. The color of this bedspread is a buttery yellow color, because of my lighting conditions my camera is not picking up the true color. The pillows at the head of my bed is slightly truer to the color.
Just put this bedspread on my bed immediately after opening my package. This bedspread covers my bed beautifully. It’s longer and wider than my previous queen spread. If you need or want a spread that is machine embroidered, then this spread is NOT the one for you. If you want a snag-free spread that long nails or pet nails won’t pull out thread, then this bedspread is a perfect alternative. It gives you the look of embroidery without the hassle. I love that this bedspread is lightweight for spring/summer or warm sleepers. It’s not a heavy warm spread. The bedspread is softer material and only lightly wrinkled right out of the package, and acts like it will wash well in cold water. I have periwinkle-painted walls and this yellow is the perfect compliment on the color wheel spectrum and the comforter set is a great inexpensive bargain, especially if you like to change out your bedspreads with the warm and cold seasons.

The fabric pattern is beautiful and elegant looking. The weight of this coverlet is good for all year around sleeping. I always prewash my bedding after purchasing and this coverlet came out great after the first wash. The color taupe is true to the picture on the screen. I am very pleased with how it sits on my bed. The queen size is a lot larger than most queen size bedding so you may not want to buy a king size without taking measurements.
